Hellow there! Here are my squrd for kill team format (200pts). Called "Echis" (sand snake, extrimely poisoned!).

Chimera - multilaser, heavy flamer.
Veteran squard - 2 plasmas, missile launcher.
Ratling squard - represented as female snipers.

Today I finished my first officer. Captain Miller, commander of platoon squard.

I made him able to plat as Captain Al'Rahimm so power sword and plasma pistol are expected.
